Privacy Policy

This policy covers personal data connected with visits to uk-bingo-sites.co.uk and with messages sent to us. Nobody registers here, there is no newsletter and nothing is on sale, so very little information is involved.

Controller

Haverstrait Media Group Limited, Eurocity, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, publishes UK Bingo Sites and decides how its data is used. Send anything about your data to [email protected].

Lawful basis

Processing rests on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR: a safe and working website, knowing how readers use it, earning referral income and answering correspondence. Where a cookie legally needs your consent, consent is the basis.

Recipients

The firm that hosts our servers and the network that speeds up page delivery see visitor data while working for us under written agreements. We never pass your name or email address to bingo rooms or casinos; a room you click through to only sees that you arrived from our site. Personal data is not sold, and we carry out no profiling.

Google services on older pages

A number of our older review pages fetch jQuery from Google's servers and load Google reCAPTCHA, which guards the contact form against spam. Your browser therefore shares your IP address and browser details with Google, which processes them under its own privacy terms.

Transfers abroad

Some providers may handle data in countries outside the UK and the EEA. Any such transfer is protected by UK adequacy findings or approved contract clauses.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of whatever personal information of yours we keep, get it fixed or deleted, limit how it is used, or object where we rely on legitimate interests. Email [email protected] and expect a reply within a month. If you are not satisfied, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the supervisory authority in your own country, will hear complaints.

Children

Nothing here is meant for under-18s, so details about children are never knowingly kept on file.

Updates

Any revision of this policy will appear on this page.
